NIL stands for Name, Image, and Likeness. It refers to the ability of college athletes to profit off their own name, image, and likeness. With the recent changes in NCAA regulations, college athletes are now able to earn compensation for the use of their NIL.

Team Unfurl is a collective that provides support for St. Bonaventure Men's basketball players seeking to monetize their NIL. We offer resources and guidance on how to navigate the new rules and regulations surrounding NIL, and we connect athletes with potential NIL opportunities.

No, Team Unfurl is not directly affiliated with St. Bonaventure University or St. Bonaventure Athletics. We are an independent collective working to support and empower athletes. However, while we are not affiliated, we do routinely request that our policies and procedures be reviewed by the University’s NCAA Compliance Office to insure that all of our practices are compliant and consistent with the most recent NCAA rules and regulations relating to NIL and related payments.

NIL is available for all student athletes and we encourage you to support the athletes / team of your choice!
